Proper noun is the name of a particular person, place and thing (সুনির্দিষ্ট ব্যক্তি, স্থান এবং বস্তুকে Proper noun বলে).

For example:

• Particular persons: Rahim, Karim, Halima, Swapna, etc.
• Particular places: Bogura, Dhaka, Khulna, Jessore, etc.
• Particular things: The Meghna, The Bay of Bengal, The Quran, The Himalayas, The Observer, Sunday, etc.
